Caregiver Support through Elder Care Management

In-home counseling sessions provided by licensed professional counselors. Counseling services are provided to caregivers to reduce the stress of caregiving in an effort to advance the caregiver's efficiency, and to facilitate a positive relationship between the caregiver and the patient.
